A short drive from Tenuta la Palazza you will find Forlimpopoli, where Pellegrino Artusi was born in 1820. He wrote the first scientific cookery book, rightly revered as the Bible of Italian cooking.
You will visit Casa Artusi which houses the Artusi Cookery School where you will learn to master your pasta making skills. Enjoy a traditional lunch with dishes from the book “Science in the kitchen and the art of healthy eating”.
Return to the wine resort in the late afternoon and spend the rest of the day relaxing at the SPA or if you still feel picky then the two restaurants in the resort will certainly fill any gap left.

Next, visit the organic farm and wine producer “Villa Venti”. You will be served lunch in the best Romagnola Tradition paired with organic wines and guided by the sommelier who will explain the philosophy behind these beautiful wines.
Travel to the nearby Bertinoro and visit the “Fattoria Paradiso” whose founder created the D.O.C. appellation for the Sangiovese wine transforming it from just a grape used for blending into a wine of worldwide recognition that delighted the tables of Ronald Reagan and the Pope John Paul the 2nd.
Visit the vineyards and the cellars where you will find one of the best wine collection you’ll ever see. Enjoy a guided wine tasting accompanied by a light buffet.
Travel to the village of Bertinoro of Roman origins for a stroll along the cobbled street, visit some of the most significant sites like the 16th century cathedral or the Palazzo Comunale built around the year 1000. You can stop in one of the traditional trattorias for a light lunch.
Return to Condé resort in the early afternoon and spend the rest of the day at the SPA or just relax. In the evening enjoy a good-bye dinner accompanied by Condé wines.
